The stunning Pembrey Country Park is the setting for howies 24, set to become Wales’ first 24hr running event.
Set on the spectacular Carmarthenshire coastline the event will be open to Solo participants, Pairs in a relay format and also two different team categories, Small Teams (3-5 people) and Large Teams (6-8 people).
