A huge congratulations to TORQ Mountain Bike Team athlete Eilish Gilbert for completing her 15-hour indoor cycle challenge to raise money for the NHS.

Cramp, we’ve probably all had it and know what it feels like, but what is it? 

TORQ-Fuelled Pro Triathlete Sam Proctor has embarked on a 6 week challenge to support the NHS and we want YOU to be involved too! 

TORQ have collaborated with Tifosi Optics, the leading performance eyewear brand in the USA, on their popular Swick model of sunglasses. 

Many of you will remember Dr William Tan from Singapore who hand cycled from Land’s End to John o’Groats (LEJOG) with TORQ owner Matt Hart and companions last year. 

In true TORQ style, no stone has been left unturned as we review the research on how to build a healthy immune system and how best to fight infection.

We have decided to put our TORQ Protein Pasta and Orzo into our Limited Offers section, because we feel it’s a product with particular appeal at this difficult time. 

Although we’re under strict government advice not to ‘explore’ much at the moment, bear these breakfasts in mind for the future – a future where we will all perhaps appreciate even more, some of the finer things that nature can throw our way.
