A European Qualifier
Nick Shasha braves the awful weather conditions and takes 3rd in Age Group at the Bedford Autodrome Duathlon…
As Nick finished 2nd Brit and 4th Overall at the 2016 European Championships, he automatically pre-qualified for the 2017 Europeans.

Black and Orange Blur
The fact that Iain Robertson travelled from Norfolk to Bala for this race, is indeed testament to the quality of the event and to the Elite field it draws every year.

Dreams Dashed
Sam Rose was all set for a perfect conclusion at the World Age Group Standard Distance Championships in Cozumel.

Some Serious Elevation
Towards the end of the season, Helvellyn is a great last hit out, with some serious gain in elevation.

A Champion Again
Vitruvian Middle Distance hosted the English Middle Distance Championships for 2016.

A Grand Crescendo
Iain Robertson narrowly missed the podium in the Overall catagory, yet proudly secured 1st Vet home, as he smashed the popular “Sandman Triathlon” on Anglesey, North Wales – which was hosted by the incredible “Always Aim High” Events crew.

Strength To Strength
Both Alex and Iain had strong races at the British Triathlon Championships and were both placed on the podium.

Injuries On Hold
Whilst re-building from injury, Eleanor couldn’t resist competing in the Castle Howard Standard Distance Triathlon, where she narrowly missed out on the podium.

A Podium At Pitsford

“After the race briefing, the first two Male catagory waves set off, before the third and final wave, the Ladies were able to take position in the water.

Battle Royal
Nick Shasha switches to triathlon for the rest of the season and takes 5th place at the Triathlon England National Championships.
