On Monday 9th February, 2 of the TORQ Perforamce Swimming Team headed out to Sahl Haseesh, and the Red Sea, to race in the International Stroke for Egypt.

The Dyfi Enduro is considered by many to be one of the UK’s top Enduro Events, selling out close to 800 entries in a matter of minutes.

Emma Lamont’s first Triathlon of the Season was held up in Scotland, where she took the win for Overall Female…

Following a great 10 days of warm weather training in Majorca, this was my first Triathlon of the 2015 Season and also my first race in a very busy few months of racing/events which will culminate in a jaunt down south for UK 70.3 at Wimbleball at the end of June. 

Two of our TORQ Triathletes where out for a pay day and duly came in as 1st Female and 2nd Male overall. 

We have been working extremely hard to develop the completely new TORQ Snaq range of products, which will be focussed as ever towards athletes and physically active people (TORQ’s existing customer base), but with the clear distinction that these foods are intended for consumption at leisure, rather than during the rigours of challenging exercise. 

At long last, we have launched our new online store and there are more modifications ahead.

My third Duathlon of the Season saw me make the trip to Anglian Water, for the final qualifier for the European Duathlon Championships in 2016. 

The boys took on Chirk, Chris maintained his winning streak and Dave killed his Age Group.
