The 2014 season has seen TORQ Team sponsor, SR Suntour, pulling out all the stops to deliver the riders with a completely custom, top of the range, carbon fibre suspension fork. 

This was a huge win for Eleanor and the TORQ Tri Team at a professional Iron Distance Race.

On completion of our mini Scandinavia tour, we gave ourselves a weekend off to recover before flying out to Porto for the C1 Taça de Portugal in Oliveira De Azemeis. 

Two big races in 6 days is tough, especially when they are both Championship events. 

After a season that seems to have flown by, the middle of August brought us the last National XC event of 2014, Round 5 of the British XC Series. 

TORQ-Fuelled ultra endurance cyclist, Mike Cotty, has been up to his old tricks, pushing the boundaries of human endurance. 

Fluid Fin Race Team continue their tour of Scandinavia, racing the Korso XCO in Finland and finishing up at the SRAM Liga in Kolding, Denmark. 

The final round of the National Series took place at Palmer Park, with some great racing all across the five disciplines that make up an omnium.

Norge Cup Race 1 (C1 Saturday):

For my return to racing (after the long injury lay off) and Hamish’s next run (following the National Championships), we opted for two Norwegian Cup races in Horten on consecutive days. 

TORQ’s longest serving sponsor, Exposure Lights, have supported the TORQ Performance Mountain Bike Team since it was formed, over 10 years ago. 

Last Weekend the team were represented at two regional XC races.
