This week saw the launch of TORQ Running at the Running Show at Sandown Park, Esher. 

Louise battled hard, but after a problematic swim, battling the changing tide, the deficit was just too big. 

TORQ Fuelled, Wiggle rider, Matt Page, recently took on a rather arduous bout of racing after the World MTB Solo Championships were cancelled at the last minute. 

Off season running events are the staple diet of most triathletes and duathlete’s training plans. 

As an elite XC racer, I have always found my strengths to be on the more technically challenging courses, which are often where I produce my best race results and are typically the races I enjoy the most. 

Louise qualified for both the aquathlon and triathlon age group world championships taking place in Aukland, New Zealand this year. 

 TORQ-fuelled Scott UK rider, Mountain bike legend and all round nice guy, Nick Craig, recently headed to Malaysia to take on the Langkawi International Mountain Bike Challenge; a gruelling 7day stage race. 

Ian competed in his last race of the season and what a successful year it has been? 

TORQ’s very talented super veteran again beat a lot of younger triathletes at Ludlow in a sprint competition, this despite the fact that his natural focus is on the longer distances (he’s only just completed Ironman Wales)…

After what has seemed to be a very long race season, it was time for my last triathlon of the year. 

For the Elite riders on our Performance Mountain Bike Team, the race season is a relatively long affair, with many of our riders starting competing as early as February and racing a plethora of MTB events all the way through to the end of September. 

In the same way that we’ve recently re-sized the TORQ bar so that it fits in with our new TORQ Fuelling System, we’ve re-opened the TORQ Recovery file and after hours of scrutiny and development by the TORQ team, we have developed the new thoroughly comprehensive TORQ Recovery System.
