The Yak Attack in the Himalaya of Nepal has just finished once again. 

Emma Ruth Smith gave up a career as a lawyer in Christmas 2009 to live the dream and race the Xterra Global Tour (off-road triathlon), middle/long distance road triathlon races and the British Mountain Bike Race Series. 

TORQ will be providing energy drink for competitors at the upcoming Wentwood Forest 50km Goshawk Challenge on the 6th March 2011.
