London to Istanbul by bike. The introduction.
Luca is one of ‘the lads’, a long-standing school friend, with whom (on numerous occasions) I’ve drunk silly amounts of beer, embarrassed myself in front of the fairer sex and of course cycled many miles.

Brain power.
Once again, two weeks before the 1st NPS in Thetford a bunch of the TORQ-tuned popped up to North Wales with their coach (I guess that’s me) for a weekend of hard physical training to put the proverbial icing on the cake after a hard winter’s graft in the saddle.

Clive Asplen, former Mountain Biker and Rodie from ‘Beautiful Britain’ now lives and trains in New Zeeland and it looks like he’s doing rather well at this triathlon lark!
