Every year for as long as we can remember we’ve held a Create a Caption competition at Christmas time. The only difference this year is that we’re giving you a heads-up sooner!

The image above needs a caption adding to the bottom of it and that’s your job. We will publish the image on both Facebook and Instagram on the evening of Friday 16th December during which time you can submit your captions (you can enter as many captions as you wish). The last day for caption submission will be midnight on Monday 19th December. The TORQ team here will then choose our favourite 3 captions and announce them on social media on Wednesday 21st December (we will DM you if you’re a winner). The winning caption will then feature on our e-Christmas card, which we will publish on Christmas Eve.

If you are not on Facebook or Instagram, you can submit your caption(s) directly to us via email at enquiries@torqfitness.co.uk and we will submit them for you on your behalf onto the social media platforms. Please enter ‘Christmas Caption Competition’ into the subject header. You have just as good a chance of winning by entering this way!
