Our technical and customer services departments are closed over the Christmas period and will not re-open until Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

If you have a technical question or a query about your order, I’m afraid we will not be able to respond until these departments re-open in the New Year. Orders however can be placed over the entire Christmas/New Year period.

To guarantee receiving your TORQ products before Christmas, please order by 12 noon on Tuesday 19th December. For our opening hours between Christmas and New Year, see below:

23^rd– 26^th December: CLOSED

27^th – 29^th December: Open 8:30am to 6:00pm (Orders only – no technical help available)

30^th December – 1^st January: CLOSED

2^nd January: Business as usual

You can order online 24/7 over the festive period, but all orders received online or over the telephone will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2^nd January.
