I’m a 26 year old international swimmer from Mid Wales who since the age of 19, trains full time in Swansea at the Swim Wales High Performance Centre. I started swimming at 8, and over the next 10 years consistently broke long standing Welsh swimming records.

In 2022 I competed at the Commonwealth Games for Wales, where I achieved 4x 4th place finishes & a 13th, while breaking multiple Welsh Records in the process.

I am the current course record holder and 2x Red Bull Neptune Steps Champion (2018 & 2019). I’ve been fortunate enough to train & compete around the world from multiple destinations in Europe to USA, Australia & Thailand.

Currently I’m ranked 3rd ‘ALL TIME’ in Wales at my events.
