If you have a technical question or a query about your order, I’m afraid we will not be able to respond until these departments re-open in the New Year. Orders can be placed for TORQ products over the entire Christmas/New Year period, so please see below for full details:
22nd December: Open 9am to 5:30pm (Orders only – no technical help available)
25th to 26th December: CLOSED
27th to 29th December: Open 9am to 5:30pm (Orders only – no technical help available)
30th to 1st January: CLOSED
2nd January: Business as usual (9am to 5:30pm)
You can order online 24/7 over the festive period, but all orders received online or over the telephone will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2nd January.
