TORQ ‘s technical staff are away over the Christmas period, so I’m afraid they will not be able to deal with enquiries via e-mail or telephone until they return on Tuesday 3rd January. We will, however, still be receiving orders 24/7 via our internet store and over the telephone on 0845 128 4312 during the following times:

Saturday 24th: Closed
Sunday 25th: Closed
Monday 26th: Closed
Tuesday 27th: Closed
Wednesday 28th: 08:30 until 18:00
Thursday 29th: 08:30 until 18:00
Friday 30th: 08:30 until 18:00
Saturday 31st: Closed
Sunday 1st: Closed
Monday 2nd: Closed
Tuesday 3rd: Business as usual.

If you phone your order through during this period, for data protection purposes, one of our covering staff will take your order and log it for dispatch, but will NOT take your card details. They will ask for full delivery details and your phone number, so please could you leave a telephone number that you can easily be contacted on when we’re fully staffed on Tuesday 3rd January. We will then telephone you to take your payment details and your goods will be dispatched immediately. Your personal financial data is highly confidential and at TORQ we have compliance policies in place to protect your interests.
