Luca sent me through this picture just before the off yesterday (Sunday 17th August). He rode to Mark’s (a friend) house out near Dagenham, Essex yesterday and reckoned he had about 40 miles to do this morning to get to Harwich.

“The real adventure starts when I land in the Netherlands” he said to me on Friday, when I dropped off his first supply of TORQ bars.

As you can see from the pic below, Luca’s looking composed and the head is well streamlined after a visit to the local Sweeny Todd’s late last week.
