I’m an international swimmer originally from South Shropshire and now training at the University of Birmingham. I became a 3x British Champion in 2023 in the 50,100 and 200m backstroke, this being the first time it’s been achieved since 2007. This led to my selection for Great Britain at the World Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan. I went on to finish 9th in both my individuals (100 and 200m backstroke) and then 5th in the Medley Relay for Great Britain.

I am now part of the British Swimming World Class Podium programme, and I am training to gain selection for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
