This time there’s the chance to have a bit of a sneak preview of the new and simply beautiful 2012 TORQ team-issue Whyte Mountain Bike lovelies.
The TORQ team-issue Whyte 29c pictured above lookes so racey, it’s hard to comprehend that it has 29-inch wheels.
Crank Brothers Candy 2 pedals have been supplied once again in stunning anodised TORQ orange.
The Custom TORQ livery on the Whyte bikes has been uniquely factory-managed in TORQ’s pantone 151. These frames are unique and if you check out the TORQ online shop in the next few days, we’ll have a limited number of these frames available for purchase.
The unique TORQ-decalled tapered head tube of the Whyte 20c and 29c. Also showing Suntour’s fork crown and slick Jagwire piping once again in TORQ orange.
Here’s the view from the helicopter showing Ritchey finishing kit (stem, bars, seatpost and saddle).
The TORQ logo styled into the tightly sprung, super-narrow gauge Whyte seat stays. There’s also an understated glimpse of the Schwalbe Racing Ralph tyres, stans rims and sapim spokes.
So, once again, if you like these frames and you want to throw your legs astride one, check out the online shop in the next few days or drop us an e-mail at enquiries@torqfitness.co.uk if you’d like to reserve one. We have 10 frames in total (not many) for retail in a combination of 26 and 29 inch versions. Prices will be £1400 for the 29er and £1200 for the 26er. This will include £100 worth of free TORQ products and a variety of other TORQ accessories.
