Making A Purchase We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may communicate your credit card information via phone if you would prefer not to order online (0344 332 0852).

If ordering by phone, for security purposes, we will take your order and our Orders Supervisor will phone you back to take your card details if not available at the time of ordering.

Delivery Schedule

All orders place before 12 noon will be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Please note all orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed and despatched on the next available working day. We do not offer a guarantee of this however and during busy times orders may take a longer time than this to reach you.

Tax Charges

20% VAT has been added to all products where applicable. Some of the items on this site are zero-rated however and do not carry VAT.

TORQ do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.

Returns Policy

TORQ’s guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargeable.

Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not ‘as described’ or ‘fit for purpose.’ We do recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray in the mail.

Remittance Terms

We will not process your order and draw on your funds until your goods are ready for dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse a sale up until this point.

We offer FREE delivery on ALL UK mainland orders excluding Ireland, Channel Islands and non standard postcodes. Simply enter your delivery postcode at the checkout and your shipping will be automatically calculated.
