Nathan is a Welsh International Ultra runner, representing Wales at the Anglo Celtic Plate 100k, he also won the Welsh Ultra Distance championship for 2017 and is part of the British Spartathlon team heading out to Greece for the 153 Mile race from Athens to Sparta in September. Nathan also has the fastest known time on the Welsh 3 Peaks and has won numerous other races of all distances from 5k to 100 miles. He is a father of 3 small children and runs to make them proud.
